We started with the Dynasty’s inspirational four seasons (满福精品四款), a combination of 4 little cute starters. Deliciously made by Chef Kok Chee Kin. The delicious bites which is well served is not just beautiful in the presentation but the taste is just awesome.
Next comes Monk jumped Over The Wall (迷你佛跳墙) where this is the highlights of the meal itself. The deliciously done delights with the high quality ingredients is indeed one of my favourites With the soothing and delicious soup which is f filled h abalone, mushroom, sea cucumbers, shark-fins as well as fish maw.
Next is the Wok-fried fresh scallop with asparagus in X.O. sauce (X.O.汁露顺炒带子) is indeed a dish which is well made. With the fresh ingridients which is being used in it, and the XO sauce together, the dish is simply good with the crispy and crunchy texture that comes from the asparagus with the juiciness of the scallops which is sweet and well absorb with the XO sauce with it.
I am falling in love with the Poached Chicken with Kai Lan (玉兰白切鸡). Chef’s made the dish with a complete surprise to me. Chef had added the sliced Chinese bacon in between the chicken and it is being steamed with the kailan together. The chicken meat is tender and juicy with a light saltiness while the sauce which is accompanied together with it is simply flavourful.
Braised Bamboo fish ‘Teow Chew’ style (潮州炆笋壳鱼) is impressively delicious too. The fresh bamboo fish is being deep fried till perfectionist and it is then topped with the tomato, taufu and other ingredients The soup is flavourful which brings up the sweetness from the fish itself.
Chef Kok ended our mains with the ramen for the night The Braised ramen with eggplant & minced meat
(肉碎茄子滑拉面 ) is amazingly lovely where the ramen is smooth and silky and it is topped with the juicy meat with the minced eggplant with it.
Not to forget, we are tempt with two desserts for the night. After the satisfying meal, Chef had warm us with some desserts which is the Warmed milk, aloe vera & sesame glutinous dumpling (鲜奶芦荟芝麻汤圆). Satisfying warm milk with the lovely glutinous dumpling is just good and delicious.
Sweet fancy duet(美点映双辉) is another desserts which is nicely done which savor us till we are full.
