Ingredients:
70 g of Pandan Paste ( I make my own)
200 ml of coconut milk
70 g of caster sugar
100 g of Gula Melaka ( i put in the G2.1 Blender blend)
4 nos egg
Method
1. For the pandan flavours, I blend them using my Optimum 2.1 Blender with speed 1 and add in 10 pcs of pandan leaves with 100 ml of water in it. Blend till smooth and then shift the pandan away and left just the water. You can keep them in a jar and use them whenever you need it
2. Beat the egg till all the yolk de-solve and put everything into the Bread Maker.
3. Press “Jam” and let the bread maker do the job
4. Once done, pour them back into the blender and blend till smooth.
