Is a HOT afternoon and we got ourself some ice blended for today after have recovered from a long term cough and could not have any icy stuff. Finally, we are having them now today. Since, we have Ribena at home, I made some ice blended ribena for our afternoon desserts.
Ingredients:
1. 2 table spoon of ribena
2. 1 cup of ice
3. Longan with some longan syrups.
Methods:
1. Put the ice together with some ribena and the longan syrups
2. Ice blend all of this
3. Add some longan inside after it is blended and served cold
p/s: we are using Ferrano Blend Express and their double layer cup. It now make our blending much easier.
