Tossed with prosperity with their awesome plum sauce which brings up the sweet and yet appetizing taste.
Sun-dried scallop, freshly peeled crabmeat & dried seafood broth (鲜蚧肉海宝花胶汤) is well cooked till perfectionist leaving us with the double thumbs up. The soup remains its sweet and flavorful taste in it. Awesomely good with the premium ingredients in it .
Serving next is the Fortune combination platter (一品大四喜) that comes with a in the basket of vegetables that filled with the vegetables, asparagus and scallops. With it includes the deep fried delicacies which are the money bag, deep fried rolls with seafood and another is a spring roll banana. Nice one!
Simple and yet a MUST have dish is most of the family reunion dinner is the Fatt choy, whole dried scallop & garlic (发财蒜子瑶柱甫). A classical dish to enjoy during Chinese New Year, but Chef had made a special twist with their signature roast pork to accompany with it.
Not to forget is the Dynasty’s Treasure Pot of Prosperity (如意吉祥盆菜) that is served for 5 pax at RM338++. The set comes with 15 items in the pot which includes whole Sun-dried scallop (原只干贝), Fish maw (花胶), Stuffed dried oyster( 酿金蚝), Fresh scallop (带子), Flower mushroom (花菇), Fu kwei abalone (富贵鲍), Farm chicken (菜园鸡), Roasted duck (烧鸭, Money bag( 钱袋), Sea cucumber (海参), Roasted pork( 烧肉), Vegetable (时蔬), Tiger prawns (大草虾), Fish stomach (鱼鳔) and Coral clam (红珊蚌). The Treasure Pot is indeed an indulgence for those families who are small and it’s portion is just nice for a family of 4 -5 pax. I love the treasure pot as it is filled with the flavourful gravy and I just need a rice to accompany with it.
Roasted crispy farm chicken (勝利菜园烧鸡王) is being roasted till perfection, with the crispy skin and the tender juicy meat. I just fall in love with the roasted crispy farm chicken as it is perfectly well done and the dish is indeed addictive too.
Steamed live tiger-dragon grouper with scallion & ginger( 港式姜葱蒸龙虎斑) is mostly served in any banquet. The fish is well steamed with the generous amount of ginger on top. It makes the dish simply awesome with the fragrance of ginger in it. I love how the ginger is served and I am digging loads of ginger to accompany with the fish. It’s so good!
Don’t miss the Wok-fried glutinous rice with assorted wax meat (生炒腊味罗米饭) is Dynasty. Not just the glutinous rice is indeed well made with the moist texture, but it is added with the slice abalone on top that made it even more luxurious.
Ended our meal with the sweet temptations, we had the Double boiled ‘lok mei’ with aloe vera & glutinous dumpling (香炖六味芦荟湯丸 ) and the Dynasty fortune pastries(芋头年糕冰皮金鱼) . The Dynasty fortune pastries comes with the little goldfish which is red bean paste while the “nin ko” is being steamed and coasted with the shredded coconuts with it. As for the Double boiled “lok mei” with aloe vera and glutinous dumpling filled with black sesame paste. The desserts is pretty sweet and it includes herbs such as dried longan flesh, dried lotus seeds and lily bulbs.
